How to Move Between Smallpdf Tools

by Hung Nguyen

Smallpdf tools are connected, and you can easily switch from one feature to another—say goodbye to tedious and repetitive file uploads.

One of the most tiresome workflows that users had with traditional PDF software was the need to save and reopen files after every change they made, continuously.

To combat this pain point, with Smallpdf, we have created the ‘Connected Tools’ feature, where you can seamlessly move between different functions.

It’s easy. On every result page where you can download your file, we also list the options to share a file via email or a URL along with the five most relevant tools that you can ‘connect’ to your workflow.

For instance, you need to convert two JPGs into one PDF, compress it to an email-ready size, and then sent it to a client. Instead of having to upload files a handful of times—we have enabled the option to carry out the whole action sequence, all in one go.

Here is a visual demonstration of the mentioned task:

On top of that, there are a few other features that we have implemented to ensure the smooth management of digital documents.

For example, you can remove the need to manually upload files from our website by directly exporting them from G Suite, or anywhere on the web (using Chrome). Check out our guide on how to use our Chrome extension and G Suite app for more information.

And lastly, if you experience any additional hiccups along the way, we have a dedicated 24/7 support team to aid your team’s needs. Reach out to us at any time via our helpdesk.
