Other useful options

A few other Smallpdf functionalities have been embedded within the rotate tool, to save time from navigating between tools. Once you have uploaded your PDF, you may click ‘Add More’ to add other PDF documents straight to the existing document. This way, multiple pages from multiple documents can be rotated at once. To undo this, you can always use the ‘Split function’ to extract relevant pages into a separate PDF. Remember always to download or export back to a cloud-based document storage system to save the permanently rotated PDF.

As you hover over each thumbnail of the present page ranges, you can also zoom in to check the content of each page. The trash bin icon will remove that one page from your document, albeit the changes won’t be saved unless you hit ‘Apply Changes’.

Further editing for content-based PDFs

Our team has been hard at work for new exciting changes to our free tool suite. We’re pumped at the release of the latest PDF Editor, where you can add text, highlight existing text, and fill forms. In case you have added numerous single pages to merge into one large PDF, consider compressing the file before sharing, to ease the upload time. As with any other tool on our site, you cannot undo the changes made; thus, we advise that you always save the original file rather than replacing it with the modified document - to prevent involuntary data loss.
