How do I sign a basic invoice?
From the Smallpdf Edit tool, you can open your basic invoice template in our eSign tool. You can create your unique electronic signature and place it anywhere you need on the document. Just make sure you’ve finished editing before going to eSign!
The file is too large to share, what can I do?
There are a couple of options here. You can create a shareable link from our Edit tool which will open the document in our PDF reader, or you can use our Compress tool to reduce the size so you can add it as an attachment.
Can I add a password to a basic invoice?
Absolutely! If you want to protect your invoice, or any other document, from unwanted eyes, you can add an encrypted password with our Protect tool. Only people with the document and its password will be able to view it.
Is it possible to get a basic invoice template in a different format?
